Most of us spent lots of time at home as we had to quarantine, and many picked up a little baking obsession along the way. Banana bread, anyone?
So, we have a tip for old bakers and new. Many items of baked goodness can be enhanced, aesthetic and taste-wise, by some lovely edible flowers.
And, thanks to Christchurch spot Petal & Co., you can buy boxes of the stuff to do just this. And, just look at how amazing they are!

Petal and Co. has run just outside of Christchurch since 2017, and the flowers are grown in compost-rich soil for the best flavour possible. They provide edible flowers to chefs and bakers all around the area.
