Bread & Circus Is Returning In 2021 To Display Christchurch’s Local Artistic Talent

Bread & Circus Backyard Buskers Festival is returning for its 2021 edition. This is one of the best parts of summer in Christchurch, so you don’t want to miss this one. [Featured Image: @breadandcircusnz, Instagram].

For more than two weeks, some of the best local artistic talent is on display for the whole city to feast its eyes on. It’s a combination of ticketed events, street acts and busking around Christchurch’s top venues.

This year, it’s a homegrown event in the heart of Ōtautahi Christchurch.

Fancy a performance in your own backyard from Troyi King? Well, that could happen! Just enter the competition here. In fact, a number of acts could be popping into your place for a backyard shows if you’re successful in the ballot. Check out the other acts you could enter the draw for here.
